Portuguese armchair designed by José Espinho for Móveis Olaio, dating from the 1960s. The Olaio maker's label is preserved beneath the seat.
A warm-toned wooden frame supports a light neutral upholstered seat and back. Straight arms, gently angled rear supports and an open frame give the chair a restrained mid-century profile.
