No.71 Desk Lamp by Eileen Gray for Jumo, 1930s

This No. 71 Desk Lamp was designed by Eileen Gray for Jumo, in France, during the 1930's.  It is made with a combination of chrome plated brass tube, aluminum corrugated base and lampshade with a double sided movable arm. Very solid and with high-quality materials. The lampshade can be brought into different positions for better illumination.
The foot has a heavy casting, which ensures a secure stand. With the original electric system and the original byonet chromed lamp. It is an iconic lamp made with a unique blue color with a streamline design. In original and overall good condition, with some bumps in the shade and in the base.
