  • Panthella Floor Lamp by Verner Panton for Louis Poulsen, 1970s

    SKU: 761

The Panthella mushroom floor lamp was designed by Verner Panton for Louis Poulsen, in Denmark, during the 1970's.
The Panthella collection is based on the Panthella table lamp from 1971. The designer wanted to create a lamp with organic shapes that reflected the light of the lampshade as well as the base of the lamp, with a comfortable diffuse glow.
It is a timeless lighting masterpiece that seamlessly blends form and function. This iconic piece exudes elegance and sophistication, instantly capturing attention with its sleek and sculptural design.
Crafted from high-quality opal acrylic, the shade gently diffuses the light, creating a soft and ambient glow that illuminates the surrounding space with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Supported by a slender stem and a sturdy circular base, both made of lacquered metal, the lamp exudes a sense of grace and balance. Its minimalist design ensures that the focus remains on the striking shade, allowing it to become the centerpiece of the room. The circular base provides stability, allowing the lamp to stand tall and secure in any setting.
The lamp requires one E27 light bulb and currently has a EU-plug. In original and good vintage condition, with some signs of age and use. With the original brand label below the base and inside the lampshade, close to the bulb.
