Vintage Aluflex Stacking Chair by Armin Wirth for Ph. Zieringer K.G., 1950's

This pair of stackable Aluflex chairs was designed by Armin Wirth and manufactured by Ph. Zieringer KG, Switzerland, during the 1950's. The wooden seat and back are held by aluminum metal frame. The seat has a unique folding mechanism for easy stacking when needed. Marked with the Aluflex tag at the back. In original and good vintage condition.
