Vintage Murano Glass Flower Petal Pendant by Carlo Nason for Mazzega, 1970's

This Murano glass chandelier was designed by Carlo Nason for Mazzega, in Italy, during the 1970's. This lamp features twelve clear, petal-shaped Murano glass plates, running from clear to amber. The glass is handmade with small bubbles (pulegoso) inside the glass and sprinkled with little glass parts inside for a sugar effect  that nicely diffuse the light. Chrome chain and canopy.  It has one E27 socket for a standard screw bulb. In original and good vintage condition.
